Scheduling

What are your hours?

Daytime and evening hours are availabe to accommodate varying schedules.

 

How do I schedule a session?

Please call or email to let me know you are interested.  We will have an initial phone conversation to discuss availability, why you are seeking therapy, and insurance/payment information.   If all works out, we will schedule an intake session and move forward from there.  If our availabilities do not align or it does not work for us to meet for another reason, I can provide you with referrals.

 

Will I have the same appointment time every week?

After we complete your intake, we will discuss what the best frequency is for your needs.  Most often sessions will occur weekly and appointments will be scheduled for the same time each week.

 

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

No problem.  Please let me know as soon as you are aware that you will need to reschedule, and at least 24-hours in advance, and we will reschedule your appointment based on availability.  

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments need to be canceled at least 24-hours in advance of the session time.  Appointments that are canceled within 24-hours will be billed the full session fee.
