Fees & Insurance
What is your rate?
$140 for a 50-minute session.
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider. Depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits, your insurance may reimburse you for a percentage of the session fee.
How can I look into my insurance coverage?
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Contact your insurance provider and check your coverage by carefully asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash and Credit/Debit/FSA/HSA Card
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes, please inquire and we can discuss adjusted fee options.
Scheduling
What are your hours?
Daytime and evening hours are availabe to accommodate varying schedules.
How do I schedule a session?
Please call or email to let me know you are interested. We will have an initial phone conversation to discuss availability, why you are seeking therapy, and insurance/payment information. If all works out, we will schedule an intake session and move forward from there. If our availabilities do not align or it does not work for us to meet for another reason, I can provide you with referrals.
Will I have the same appointment time every week?
After we complete your intake, we will discuss what the best frequency is for your needs. Most often sessions occur weekly and appointments will be scheduled for the same time each week.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
No problem. Please let me know as soon as you are aware that you will need to reschedule, and at least 24-hours in advance, and if available, we will reschedule your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments need to be canceled at least 24-hours in advance of the session time. Appointments that are canceled within 24-hours will be billed the full session fee.
Location & Parking
Are services provided in-person or via telehealth?
I offer both in-person and telehealth services. Telehealth is provided via a HIPAA-secure video platform and is available to individuals located in California at the time of the session.
Where is the office located?
The office is located in a wood shingled building at the corner of Del Mar Blvd and S Marengo Ave, between S Arroyo Pkwy and S Marengo Ave. Take the stairs or elevator to Suite 210 on the 2nd floor.

The office is conveniently located a 2 minute walk from the Del Mar Station on the Metro Gold Line.
Is parking available?
Yes!
Garage: There is access to underground parking on Del Mar Blvd. $1.00 for each 20 minutes; $9.00 maximum. Free after 6pm. We do not validate.
S Marengo Ave: FREE 2-hr parking 9am-6pm*
Del Mar Blvd: FREE 2-hr parking 9am-4pm*
E Bellevue Dr: FREE all day parking*
